Mr. Roary Trent Turner was born on July 23, 1962 in Nashville, Arkansas to Bobby and Charlene Turner of Tollette, Arkansas. He departed this earthly life on August 10, 2018. Trent was known to many in his beloved city of Tollette as “Big Six”. Loved ones awaiting to welcome him to his heavenly home include: grandparents, Lewis and Flossie Turner and Lovie and Bernice Piggee; uncles: Charles Lewis Turner and Leon Turner; and one aunt: Ruby Elliott. Trent accepted Christ at an early age and recently rededicated his life and was baptized at First Church of God in Tollette, Arkansas, where he attended until his death.

After graduating from Mineral Springs High School, Trent attended and received his barber license from New Tyler Barber College in North Little Rock, AR. As one of the first young barbers in the Tollette community, he used his God given talent to serve others until he departed this life. Trent also worked for the Howard County Highway and Transportation Department.

He leaves to cherish his great and unforgettable memories his parents: Bobby and Charlene Turner of Tollette, AR; his brother, Bobby Clint Turner (Charrise) of Tollette, AR; his sisters, Tracy Turner of Sherwood, AR and Stacy Turner of Tollette, AR; his nieces, Shree Jenkins of Tollette, AR, Chelsea Poindexter of Sherwood, AR, Donae Poindexter of Tollette, AR, Danyel White of Sherwood, AR, Chardajah Poindexter of Tollette, AR, Eliza and Ayanna Turner of Tollette, AR; great-niece, Aniya Duncan and great-nephew, Josiah Duncan of Tollette, AR; goddaughter, Kayla Hendrix of Little Rock, AR; and a host of loving uncles, aunts, cousins, customers and friends.

Visitation will be 12 p.m.-4, family hour 4-5 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Mr. Turner will lie in state one hour prior to funeral service which will begin 11am Saturday, August 18 at First Church of God in Tollette. Burial will be at Crofton Cemetery in Tollette.
