Arrests:

Friday, May 2
1:50 a.m. Vincent Maestas, 28, of Hope, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) in the 500 block of W. 3rd St.

9:56 p.m. Dean Cage, 25, and Roderick Caldwell, 29, both of Hope, were arrested in the 700 block of E. 28th St.

Cage was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, no tail lights, driving on a suspended driver’s license, refusal to submit, drinking on the highway and served with a failure to appear warrant.

Caldwell was arrested and charged with drinking on the highway and served with a failure to comply and a failure to appear warrant.

Saturday, May 3
8:45 p.m. Christopher Carrigan, 28, of Hope, was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended driver’s license and served with a foreign warrant in the 900 block of W. Division St.

10:01 p.m. in the 2100 block of W. Ave B.

A 17-year-old juvenile male, of Hope, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (prescription drugs).

Laquan Haynes, 18, of Hope, was arrested and charged with possession with the purpose to deliver (marijuana).

Katherine Melot, 28, of Lewisville, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance (prescription drugs) and tampering with physical evidence.

Patrick Powell, 20, of Hope, was arrested and charged with possession with the purpose to deliver (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), driving on a suspended driver’s license, improper turn and served with a failure to appear warrant.

Sunday, May 4
10:41 p.m. Juan Baltazar, 52, of Hope, was arrested and charged with public intoxication at Breckenridge Apartments in the 400 block of E. 3rd St.
