A Texas man was injured in a rollover on Highway 67 on the Miller County side of the Red River Bridge Friday afternoon.
Arkansas State Police and Pafford EMS were dispatched to Fulton for a report of a single-vehicle crash at the Red River bridge shortly before 2 p.m. on Friday, April 21. While en route, State Police were notified that the driver had already left the scene in a private vehicle and was on his way to Christus St. Michael Health Systems in Texarkana.
Pafford continued to the scene to confirm there were no injured on site.
Pafford and State Police arrived on scene and found a red Chevrolet pick-up wrecked out off the south side of the highway just inside Miller County. The truck was traveling east on 67 when it left the road, skid sideways and rolled several times, striking the guardrail before coming to rest on its wheels facing west.
The condition of the driver, who was reportedly the only occupant, is not known at this time.
