Mrs. Debra Ann Jackson Gulley was born January 11, 1961 in Fulton, Arkansas. It was under the loving and nurturing guidance of the late Dea. Carl and Willie Mae Jackson, that Debbie surrendered her life to Christ. At an early age, Debbie became a member of Galilee Baptist Church. She later attended Charis’Land Assembly Ministries, where she rendered genuine support to the mission.

Debbie left time for eternity on March 29, 2017 at the age of 56. She will forever be remembered as a caring mother, friend, sister, aunt, fun-loving neighbor and a great sister-in-law. She was preceded in death by her parents Dea. Carl and Willie Mae Jackson and brother, Willie C. Jackson (Duke).

Debbie leaves to cherish her memory, a precious gift only God could give, her daughter, LaTarosha Jackson (Joseph); three brothers, David (Sharon) Jackson of Texarkana, Frank (Karen) Jackson, Rev. James (Carla) Jackson all of Fulton; one sister, Mary Ann Clark (James) of Grand Prairie, TX; a special friend, Daniel Pearson; a host of nieces, nephews, friends from the Hope and neighboring communities and caretakers.

Visitation will be Friday 1-5 p.m., family hour 6-7 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, April 8, 2017 at Charity Baptist Church in Fulton, Arkansas. Burial will be at Moore Cemetery in Fulton. Arrangements entrusted to Hicks Funeral Home, Inc.
